This truth informs all of my work, from fine art nude photography, to lingerie and swim campaigns, and personal branding for entrepreneurs.
I shoot on film, not as a cry for long lost nostalgia, but as a deliberate way to convey each subjects' authenticity, strength and courage while retaining the rich, organic quality of handmade art.
Across all of my work I take an unflinching view of artistic creation, informed by classical painters, early photographers, and those who seek the truth we all share.

My Film Process: Not the 1990s
Most film photographers are using scanning technology from the 1990s. I developed my own process.
Hand scanning each negative gives me complete control over color and tone while keeping everything that makes film what it is, the grain, the latitude, the slightly dreamy quality that no digital filter can reproduce. The files I produce are large enough to print at gallery scale. That resolution also means every image can be retouched with the same precision as any digital file. The color is exactly what I intended it to be.
This is not nostalgia. It is a more precise way of working.
See What Others Would Hide
No matter what I'm shooting, whether it's for lingerie and swimwear brands, branding for entrepreneurs, or creating nude fine art, the same philosophy applies: you should see the subject and not clothe everything in darkness. That means clean light, honest exposure, the subject as it is. A person celebrated in light, in their best form, as it would be on their best day.
A decade running a marketing agency taught me what photography school cannot. The most convincing art is created with a purpose.
